What to tell us
Tell us where you are flying from and to, your dates and times, how many people are traveling, and what is coming with you, including pets, golf bags or anything large. If you have chartered before, let us know what you flew last time and what you liked about it. If this is your first private flight, say so, and your advisor will explain how the booking works, from the quote to the day you fly.
Which airport you will use
There is no airport on Miami Beach itself. Most trips for a stay on the beach use Miami International Airport (KMIA/MIA), about ten miles from the Miami Beach Convention Center, or Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport (KOPF/OPF), about twelve miles away. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International, Miami Executive and Fort Lauderdale Executive are the other options, and your advisor will compare them for your trip and the address you are heading to.
What happens next
We come back with the aircraft that suit the trip and name the certified operator for each option before you commit to anything.
